Located about 25 minutes southeast of Flagstaff, is Mormon Lake Village.  This area is popular to vacationers and second homes.  Although the actual Mormon Lake is nearly dried up, this area has plenty of summer (and winter) outdoor activities to take advantage of.   The Mormon Lake Lodge is a great restaurant and saloon.

About 30 minutes south of Flagstaff on Interstate 17 is this small community popular for second homes of people who want to escape the summer heat of the lower elevations.  Munds Park has a beautiful golf course and a “Tiny House” community as well as many other cabin/mountain homes with adjacent hiking/biking trails.
